- Go to Reports Center and input Transaction List by Customer in the Search bar.
- Click Run and modify the Dates field if needed.
- Select the Customize Report option.
- Enter and enable the Name Account # and Preferred Delivery Method in the Columns field of the Display tab. You can also hide other columns you want to remove in the report (optional).
- Once done, hit OK.
It would also be beneficial for every user to have a function where you can instantly check your customer's account number and delivery method without going through their transactions.
