Please supply pros and cons of integrating Big Commerce order details via OneSaas or AvaTax sync.

Currently, we only support Big Commerce by OneSaas, which you can also search in the Apps menu. For this reason, I'm unable to provide a comparison between the two mediator apps you mentioned.

You can try visiting their respective websites and search for BigCommerce integration and compare the features.

Since we have connected the AvaTax app from both QBO and setup automated tax rules within Big Commerce/AvaTax, will that manage syncing orders from Big Commerce into QBO?

Another 3rd party connector to explore for BC and QBO

If you are trading goods, consider having an inventory management app as the connector. It provides more features than a mere connector.

Thanks!  As QBO was not great for managing inventory particularly because we sell the same SKUs by the case and by the each as well as sell the same SKUs in sets, we deactivated inventory and use all non-inventory items.  Can an inventory management app track inventory at these levels without product SKUs setup as inventory in QBO?

You'll want to search for a third party application that you can integrate with QuickBooks Online (QBO) without having the product SKU's set up. Let me guide you on how to get there.

2. Type inventory in the search bar or anything related.

Checking the apps review will also help you select the best product choice for your inventory.

Afaik, SKU is not one of the mandatory fields. You may ignore to use it. You may start exploring any inventory management app to integrate with QBO from these apps. You will need another app if you are the manufacturing company.
