Buy nowWe have found running the A/R Aging Summary multiple times in a row in QB 2023, the results are different every time. Anybody else seeing this?
I can think of some reasons why different results show when you run the A/R Aging Summary Report in QuickBooks Online, @MVanO.
If you're getting such results, it's likely that there are closed invoices or that the dates are different each time you run the report.
The report's data is based on its sources and objectives. This implies that if you run the report from last month or the current one, you'll receive different outcomes. There could have been transactions entered within that time period that affected how the numbers/totals appear.
Furthermore, I'd like to clarify what discrepancies you're finding in the report. By doing this, we can investigate it in more detail and provide you with specific answers.
For future reference, check out this helpful guide on how you can handle AR balances in QuickBooks: AR balance on the Chart of Accounts does not match the AR balance on reports.

I appreciate the possibilities, but actually my issue shows up more with the old (and I know, unsupported) SDK. Running it 2 times within 30 seconds of each other with no change produces different results. That's why we tried to manually run it. No dates were changed and it was within 1 minute of the first run.
The differences were in both the customers on the list and the amounts.
