Join nowI have QB for Mac 2019 and use online payroll. When I try to export a payroll report to excel, it opens MS Word and then gives me an error message. Also, when I try to export my checkbook register, QB crashes every time. I have Excel for Mac 2020.

Thanks for trying. Nothing helped. It's still doing the same things. When I try verify and rebuild, it is not finding anything wrong.
