QB Point of Sale Report: Sales paid with specific Gift Card Number

I am looking for a report that answers the customer question: "What purchases was my gift card used for?" Specifically - a list of receipts where the card was redeemed.

I am using the v19.0 and the Intuit Gift Card Service which means the information I need is in the database but I haven't been able to find an elegant way to find the receipts. This is what I have found:

I can run the Activity Detail report under Payments and Gift Card Service THEN filter the report by Card # to find the transactions for a specific gift card #. (I would like to be able to add a filter for the Gift Card # but it is not available). With this I get the dates and the amounts redeemed.

I can then go to sales history for each date and sort by Payment to find receipts where Payments are "Gift Card" or "Split" then find the specific receipt with that gift card number.

What I would like is a report that generates all sales that match the rather simple query: "All Sales" & "Gift Card Number = "NNNNNNNN""

Hi there, ACC Consult.

When running the Activity Detail report, the option to filter it with Gift Card number is unavailable. In the meantime, you can pull up the Gift Card List report. It will post the data you need.

To run the report, here's how:

Go to the Reports menu at the top.
Select Payments.
Click Gift Card List.
Set the necessary filters.
