QBO needs to add an expiration date feature for inventory. Anyone else agree?

I agree that integrating expiration dates with inventory items in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is a strategic initiative that can significantly benefit businesses, Nour. It plays a crucial role in optimizing efficiency and ensuring product quality. I will provide more details about this below.

At this time, you can visit our QBO Apps Store and look for a third-party application to help you keep track of the expiration of your products since this feature is currently unavailable. Here's how:

  1. Open the App Store.
  2. In the Search bar, type in expiration reminder or any keyword related to the transaction you're looking for.

I also suggest submitting your idea about this functionality to our product engineers. This helps us improve our product features and enhance user experience. Please refer to the steps below:

  1. Click the Gear icon and choose Feedback.

@nour318

You need a 3rd party inventory management app to integrate with QBO. Another option, switch to QB Desktop Enterprise.
