Thanks for taking the time to post here in the Community, @Kimi5564

I'll help ensure you're able to change the font size on your reports.

The default font size used by the system in all of its reports is 100. You can manually zoom in and zoom out the display screen to either increase or decrease the font size.

To increase it, you can hold the CTRL key and press the Plus sign (+) in your keyboard. To decrease it, go back to your keyboard and press CTRL and the Minus sign (-)

Are you trying to change the font size when printing the report? If so, you can uncheck the Fit to page box to have better visibility of the report's fonts. Here's how:

  1. Open a QBO report you need.
  2. Click the Print icon.
  3. In the Print, email, or save as PDF window, choose Print.
  4. Remove the check mark in the Fit to page box.

Please see the screenshot below to show you the last step.

Thank you! As a former Desktop user, I was used to being able to change the font type and font size prior to saving or printing. To make the font larger (i.e. for those of us with sight issues :-) ), I eliminated additional columns, thus automatically making the remaining text larger to fill-in the width of the document.

Hi Kimi5564,

Eliminating other columns can work too. Then, in addition to Raymond's tip about unchecking the Fit to page check box, you can also adjust the Scale to make the fonts larger. Or, you can export your report to Excel and adjust the font size from there before printing it.
