In case the screen goes dark and freezes, try resolving it by clearing your browser's cache and cookies. If it works, here's how to clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online. Restart your browser right after. Once done, try to resend the invitation to your contractor.

Hello,
I cleared the cache and followed the steps but, I do not have an option to send a reminder email. All it says when I click on the contractor is it says "email has been sent" and then there is a hyperlink says "waiting for info." If I click the hyper link it asks me if they are filing individual or business. I click individual and the screen freezes and goes dark. I can't get past that to manually enter their info. This is happening for only two of my contractors. The rest that say "waiting for info," if I click the hyperlink and click "individual" it brings up the screen to let me manually enter their information. Please advise?
