I understand how important it is for you to work on your tax report. To inform you that we are currently investigating the Classic Sales tax center (INV-93742). We assure you our product engineers are doing everything in their power to solve this problem as soon as possible.
You can contact our support team for them to be able to add you as one of the affected and be notified via email.
Please see the steps below:
- Log in to your account.
- Click the? Help button at the top right corner.
- Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
- Enter a brief discussion with your concern, then click Continue.
- Choose to Have us call you to connect with us.
In the meantime, you can update your Sales Tax Center to the new version by following the article Switch to automated sales tax in QuickBooks Online
