sales taxes error with 0 taxes in report

the customer service is advising me to delete cookies , this is getting beyond laughable, deleting cookies will fix the QuickBooks software ?. do they even know what they are taking?>  this is quickbooks ONLINE, deleting cookies in my browser will not finx their online software.. common quickbooks.!!

You can contact our support team for them to be able to add you as one of the affected and be notified via email.

Please see the steps below:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click the? Help button at the top right corner.
3. Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
4. Enter a brief discussion with your concern, then click Continue.
5. Choose to Have us call you to connect with us.

In the meantime, you can update your Sales Tax Center to the new version by following the article Switch to automated sales tax in QuickBooks Online
