Seems like we area suddenly being charged 1% of every invoice paid through Quickbooks (quite a scam) without signing up for instant deposits.

Since this has happened, I also see duplicate unreconciled payments which appear to come from "INTUIT" and not from the customer. The invoices are automatically marked as paid with the additional fee charged. So there is no way to reconcile these "extra payments". This change has broken financial record keeping.

It is a well known issue since months ago. What kind of business do you run? If you are a B2B company, utilize another payment processor to accept ACH for free.

Thank you for providing this information. None of Quickbooks' actions against their customers surprise me anymore.

  1. How do I turn this off?
  2. How do I fix the transactions imported from my integrated bank account which show up as coming from "INTUIT" and not from the customer's name.
