You've got me here to share some insights about adding a title for your customers' transaction in QuickBooks Online.
If you're referring to adding a title for your customers' names on any of their transactions, you can add it from their profile. Please see the screenshot attached for your reference:
However, if you wish to change the Customer column to the title, this option is currently unavailable. The Customer is the default set up on all the sales transactions, including the deposit. To have the title show up, you may use it as the customers' name instead.
