Let me help you check why your business name does not match the one you've set up in QuickBooks Online.
There are 2 Names in the Company name section that we need to double check. When going to Account and Settings, the Legal name box is the company name that will reflect on your 1099 forms and the Company name box is the one that will show on your sales forms and purchase orders. If you have already verified this part, let's try to check using a different browser and send the invoice to your personal email.
Once sent and it's still not showing the right company name, I suggest you contact our support team so we can investigate this further.
