The Live Bookkeeping menu seems to have disappeared from the side menu bar. Any idea where to find its new location?

When you sign up for a new QuickBooks Online (QBO), the Live Bookkeeping option can be found at the side menu bar. However, if you already have QBO, you can see this option by clicking the My Experts menu at the upper right.

Yes, they have moved the "Live Bookkeeping" tab from the left dashboard to the "My Experts" on the top navigation bar. From the My Experts, select the "Go to Live Bookkeeping" link. 

And the rest of the features are still the same. You can schedule an appointment with your QBLive Bookkeeping Expert, upload documents and add comments under the document center.
