  2. Click on Help (?) at the upper right corner of your screen.
  3. Tap on Search, then select Contact Us.
  4. Select a topic to connect with the right expert.
  5. Choose how to contact our QB support team.
  • Via a Callback, where they’ll save you a spot and call you back.
  • Via Chat, start a chat with our support.

 

Please take note that our QBO support hours availability varies on your subscriptions. Here is the list:

 

  • QBO Simple Start, Plus, and Essentials support teams are available Mondays to Fridays from 6 am to 6 pm and Saturdays from 6 am to 3 pm following Pacific Time.
  • The QBO Advance user support team is available 24/7 for assistance.

 

In the meantime, I recommend sending the estimates and invoices through a web browser.
