I setup my customer as tenants in our rental properties, and use classes to track each property location. I clicked on the Income Tracker shortcut and see balances for my customers. I am not sure why these are appearing. When I double-click on a row, I get a popup Create Invoice and Choose Billable Time and Costs. I can't find where these amount are coming from.
I followed some instructions in one of the forums and ran this report: Reports | Customers & Receivable | Unbilled Cost by Job and got this: which is totally different and not sure why these are coming up as unbilled as I drilled down to the Journal entry and it indicates this is Not Billable

Already ran Verify/Rebuild. No resolution. Ran the Tool Hub and got the following errors.
