We currently use PP to run ACH payments. Would love to use QB. Cannot find any information online if this is an option. We do not have CC in hand, but form signed

Are we ablw to set this up with QB?  If so where can I find the info to do it?

Hi there, mccarthycleaning.

Thanks for bringing your question forward here in the Community. I'm happy to answer your questions about ACH payments in QuickBooks.

I have good news - you can run ACH payments in QuickBooks Online! You'll need to set up a Payments account that integrates with QBO and you'll be ready to go. I have a couple of links for you that I believe you'll find helpful.

This first link provides the information you'll need to start a Payments account: Get started with QuickBooks Payments and QuickBooks Checking

Additionally, follow this next link to find out more about ACH payments: Accept ACH payments and eChecks

That will do it! You'll be ready to use ACH with QuickBooks in no time. Please don't hesitate to reach back out if you have any other questions.
