Hi @accounting311,
Journal Entries have a few ways of being used in QuickBooks Online. Here are a few of the main reasons:
- Enter debits and credits manually, like in traditional accounting systems.
- Transfer money between income and expense accounts.
- Transfer money from an asset, liability, or equity account to an income or expense account.
This could be the reason why you don't see all of them in All Sales page, but I'd like to show you how you can view all of your Journal Entries in one spot. Here's how:
- Go to Reports on the left-hand menu.
- Type "Journal" in the Search report by name.
- Once the report is opened, at the top-right of the page, click on the Customize button.
- Add any Filters that you see fit. For Transaction Type, choose Journal Entry.
- Hit Run report.
- (Optional) You can Email, Print or Export this report by selecting the icons at the top of the report.
Let me know if you have further questions or concerns with Journal Entries. Have a beautiful day.
