When I issue a sales invoice by e mail, it no longer travels as a pdf attachment?

Recently we’ve received a report concerning pdf attachment. Our engineers are now working on a fix. For now, it would be best to contact our Customer Care team to add you to the list of affected users. Once you’re added, you’ll receive a notification via email once the resolution is implemented.

Here are the steps to reach out to them:

1. Select the (?) Help menu located at the top right.
2. Click Contact Us.
3. Enter this statement on the box “no PDF attach when I sent an invoice.”
4. Hit Let’s talk.
5. Choose to Get a call.
