The browser's temporary internet files can cause strange behavior in the software. Logging in to a private window will help us determine whether or not this is a browser-related problem. Private browsing doesn't use extensions and stops the cache from saving your browsing history.
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
- MS Edge and Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
If it works, you can return to your default browser and delete any cached files to eliminate excessive files. Otherwise, use another supported browser as an alternative.
For future tasks, you can check and run reports in QBO. These provide a clear overview of your business's financial health, including income, expenses, and profitability.
