Thanks for dropping by.
If you E-file your 1099 forms, QuickBooks will automatically send an email copy of your 1099 to your vendors.
If you've chosen to give your vendors online access to their 1099s, they can download their data via Intuit third-party application, such as Intuit Turbo Tax.
Here's an article for the step-by-step process on how to import 1099 using Intuit Turbo Tax.
You can also read this article for more information about E-file through the 1099 E-File Service (QuickBooks Online).

Our vendors are saying they try to open/view their 1099s and it is saying the invitation expired or already accepted which they had not. We just filed them through QBO. What is the issue?
Hi there, JMconsultant.
Thanks for dropping by the Community, I'm happy to help. If your vendors are unable to open/view their 1099's after receiving an email instructing them on the next steps, I would suggest reaching out to our support team. This is because our agents can see exactly what's going on in your individual account and determine the issue for your vendors. To reach them, follow these steps:
I'm also including a link to the IRS publication of instructions for form 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC for you to check out while you're waiting to hear back from our support agents. If you have any other questions, feel free to post here anytime. Thank you and have a lovely day.
