Buy nowHello there, @usermadmoddesigncomp.
You can view your customers' list of invoices from the Invoice menu. I can guide you in doing so.
However, if you're referring to viewing your subscription invoices, you'd receive a copy of your invoice for your monthly subscription through the email address you used when you signed up for the account. Also, you can view your QuickBooks billing history directly in your product. You can follow the steps below:
From there, you'd see your billing history. Also, you check these articles to learn more insights about your subscription charges:

I need to pull up an unpaid invoice dated 27 months ago but it won't let me access anything older than 24 months. What can I do?
I'm here to share details about pulling up invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), @DavidS808. This way, you can manage your transactions accordingly.
The QBSE system will let you pull up two years (24 months) worth of data (i.e., unpaid invoices). Since you want to access older than the specified date range (27 months), I encourage you to contact our Customer Care team. They can securely verify your account details and has the appropriate tools to view your invoices beyond 24 months.
Here's how:
I've attached a screenshot below for your reference.
Also, I'm adding this article to further guide you in managing your transactions and business growth using QBSE: QuickBooks Help Articles. It also includes the Resources section where you can Find an expert and visit the Resource center and QuickBooks blog page.
Please keep me posted on how it goes. If you have other concerns about managing your invoices in QBO, I'll be glad to help. Stay safe always.
I am looking for an invoice from November 2020but cant find it ,it keeps saying no data found
I'm here to make sure this gets resolved, @queenslandpest-l.
You can still pull up the invoices from November 2020 if the transactions are recorded in QBSE since the system will let you view two years of data. To isolate this, let's perform the basic troubleshooting steps to help fix this issue. First, I'd suggest logging into your QBSE account via incognito mode. It doesn't store data in the cache. Thus, it's a good way to isolate browser-related issues.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
Once signed in filter the again to Last year and look for the said invoices. . If you're able to add it, let's clear the cache of your main browser. This helps remove its stored cache so it'll function efficiently.
If private browsing doesn't work, I recommend using different browsers. They will provide you the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks. For more details, I encourage you to read this article: System Requirements For QBSE.
However, if the issue persists, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Support Team. They have tools that can check your account securely and provide other troubleshooting steps to look for the invoices. Just follow the steps shared by my colleague Rea_M on how to reach them.
I'm also adding this article to know more about the invoice feature in QBSE: Create invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed. It also includes details about customizing the said sales form to include info that matters most to your business.
Additionally, I've included an article about categorizing transactions in QBSE. This helps you ensure your books are accurate: Schedule C And Expense Categories.
