Where can we find the invoice or receipt for Intuit charges on our credit card?

Hi! KurtKyle,

It's noted that I don't have permission to view the subsciption details and to contact my admin.  How will they change the access permission?

Thank you much.

Gina

Where can we find the invoice or receipt for Intuit charges on our credit card?

Hello Gina, thanks for your follow-up. I'd gladly share some information about user roles and access in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Viewing subscription details would depend on how your admin set your role and access to the account. They can change your role and give you permission to manage subscriptions. To do that, they need to sign in to QBO first as a primary admin. Then, they can follow the steps below.

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Manage Users.
  2. Find the user you want to edit, then click Edit in the Action column.
  3. You can change the Assign Roles ▼.

  4. Then select the user settings. For access to the billing history, go to the Account Management section then check the box for the option to access.

  5. Then Click Save

Where can we find the invoice or receipt for Intuit charges on our credit card?

Hi there, Michael.

As a consumer myself, I understand how important it is to see the details of my subscriptions.

We have created a tool where you can see the details of your account and the charges that comes with it. Here's how to use the Charge Look Up Tool:

  1. Go to this article and scroll-down to the Look up your charge section: Understand Intuit Charges on Your Credit Card or Bank Statement.
  2. Select the payment that was used.
  3. Type in the card number and amount of the renewal charge.
  4. Select the date and any other required details.
  5. Click Look up charge.

Aside from that, you can also reaching out to our phone and chat support teams. They can take a look at your account and email you the billing information that you need.

Please go to this article to get their contact details and business hours: QuickBooks Online Support.

Allow me to share a couple more articles for additional guidance and information about your QBO account:
