Join nowIn QuickBooks Online, one way to get to a list of Journal Entries is to first display any journal entry on the screen (or create a new one) and then click on the clock symbol in the top left corner to display a list of recent journal entries. Scroll down on the list to the bottom where there is a link to "View More" and click on it. That will open up a list of all journal entries. You can filter or search the list to pinpoint the journal entry you're looking for.
I'd be glad to walk you through how to locate the list of journal entries in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @mitchell-jrm.
When creating a Journal Entry, you have the option to view the recent entries by clicking the clock icon at the upper left of your screen. After that, scroll down to the bottom and tap View More. This will open up all the journal entries you created. Then, filter to search for specific entries. See the screenshot below for your visual guide.
Aside from that, you can also utilize the search function tool to find transactions in your QBO account. Check out this link for more details: Search for transactions using the magnifying glass.
Keep me posted if you require further assistance locating journal entries in QuickBooks. I'd be more than willing to provide the necessary help.
