You can upload receipt images from your computer's hard drive, capture and send them from your mobile device, and even email images to QuickBooks. The app may be outdated or full of cache files and when not removed regularly, it can cause unexpected behavior within the system. You can uninstall and reinstall the app to refresh and get the latest features. Then, try uploading the receipts again.

I've cleared the cache and it still doesn't work. I always keep my app up to date. When I try to upload a picture of a receipt and hit save from my phone it does nothing. I hit save again and it says New info exists! Refresh this expense to replace your edits with the latest info, then make your changes.
