Yes, of course I am logged into the same account. I only have one.
It's not that I can't see the left hand shortcut tabs, I can see them. But when I log onto each of the three computers that I use, the left menu shortcuts are not the same. It's an online application, shouldn't they be the same no matter which computer I logon?
