Honestly,. they do it to make money. The longer they "hold" your money, the more interest they collect. It's all very dishonest.

This guy gets it. I’m leaving QuickBooks today because they keep randomly holding my payments for 5 days. Drives me up the wall when I’m taking large payments for material on a job. Easily the worst run company I’ve ever used. They don’t care about their customers at all.
Quickbooks said my money was paid and it will be deposited next day now it changed and said it will be deposit by yhe 20th and the transaction was done in the morning and we are not new been on qb three years
@Bill1211 It's what they do. They are greedy, money grubbing a-holes that are making money off of your money. THAT is why they "hold" it.
