Before anything else, may I know your bank provider? It could be that your financial institution is conducting system maintenance causing the bank account to show a closed status. Otherwise, there are notifications on your bank’s website that need your attention.

If the issue persists, I suggest reconnecting your bank account to your QuickBooks Online. This will refresh the connection between your bank's website and your online account. For detailed steps, please refer to this article: Connect bank and credit card account.
Once the transactions are already downloaded, all you have to do is approve the way QuickBooks categorizes them. You may open this link to help you categorize entries in QBO.
