Recently changed my bank security questions. Quickbooks asking for old security question responses and these are now obsolete. How do I fix this?

Thank you for dropping by the Community for assistance. If you mean that the system is telling you that your security question answers are incorrect even though you've entered them correctly in QuickBooks, we can perform some basic troubleshooting steps to sort it out.
Refresh your browser by clicking the Reload icon or pressing F5 on your keyboard. If the same thing happens, log in to your account through an incognito window. This mode doesn't store cache that's why we recommend using it.
