Recently set up credit card customer payments. However, customers are unable to enter credit card. How do I turn off this function?
I've got the steps you need to turn off the credit card option using the Payments service in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @rsherrill71.
Let's go to the Invoice Payments section in the settings to complete this task. This way, your customers won't enter their credit card details when sending invoices to them. I'll guide you how.
Go to the Settings(Gear) icon at the upper right.
Select Account and Settings under Your Company.
Click Invoice Payments.
Turn off the Credit Card payment method.
