- You can go to Google Play to re-download the app.
For iOS:
- Go to Settings.
- Select General.
- Click iPhone Storage/iPad Storage.
- At the bottom of the screen, you'll see your apps arranged by the amount of storage they take up. Select the QuickBooks mobile application
- Tap Delete App, and then confirm the changes.
- Head to the App Store and re-download it.
