Report help

I have recently taken over the bookkeeping for an automotive center.  They are currently using Quickbooks2016 and are over a year behind on the books.  When I try to run the report Received Payment for all customers to see how much a customer paid and the payment message I receive a message the attached message. It has been ran in the past but I can not run it.  Does you know why this is coming up and/or how I can get it to run?

I'm here to share some insights about the error you've encountered when running a report.

 

The report that you'd like to run may not be available for unsupported versions of QuickBooks. I recommend upgrading the program to the latest version. You can check this article for more details: QuickBooks Desktop Upgrade Information.

 

In case you don't have any plans in upgrading, you can download our trial version of QuickBooks. This way, you'll be able to check what are the available reports offered in the latest version.
