Revenue By Donor Summary excluding classes is incorrect

I am doing a Revenue By Donor Summary excluding classes, then clicking "Run Report" however, it is still including those classes.

Excluding retail sales:

Total of $53, including $8 in retail salesquickbooks total.png

Class of $8 is retail sales, however, it is still included in report.quickbooks retail sales.png

Why is it included, even though I unchecked the boxes?

Hi RTP Engineers,

I like that you included screenshots. I truly appreciate your effort. Let's check to see why the $ 8 sale is still on the report even if you've already deselected its class from the filter.

We can do basic troubleshooting such as clearing your cache and using a different browser to see if this has anything to do with your browser's cache. The cache stores your browsing history but may cause an unusual display when it's full.

To start, you'll want to sign in to QuickBooks using a private browser. This step disables its extensions and stops the cache from saving your browsing history.

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • MS Edge and Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If your report will no longer include the $ 8 sale, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If it's still there, please try other browsers to see if we get the same thing.

If non of the above steps will work, please contact our QBO Support to check this further using more tools.
