You're correct, active customers are visible in your customer list. When accessing this page, it sounds like you've been able to make use of our Find a customer, project or company search field to locate client profiles. However, if you aren't seeing any clients on your list, there could be a problem with the web browser you're using.

It's normal for browsers to store temporary internet files, but sometimes archived information can cause issues with viewing certain webpages. To help identify what's causing the issue, you can open a private window to try again and see if you can find your customers without having to search for them.
Here's how to open incognito mode in the most commonly used internet browsing apps:
Internet Explorer - Ctrl + Shift + P
Mozilla Firefox - Ctrl + Shift + P
Google Chrome - Ctrl + Shift + N
Safari - Command + Option + P
If you were able to view your list and see each active client, you can close that window, then clear your browser's cached data and Intuit-specific cookies to fix the problem.
