The QB merchant services charges a max of 3.5% for manually keyed transactions and less than 3% for swipes or online invoicing.  If this is tge program you have it appears at a glance you were double charged for each transaction. We cannot help you fix this here in the forum. You will have to contact support directly

I'd be happy to share some information concerning credit card fees in QuickBooks, @pricerightnow.

I know how important each cost for the business. The rate charged for each transaction depends on how it was processed.

You can visit Merchant Services Center to check the fees associated with this transaction. That way, you’ll be able to view the breakdown charges of this event. I’ll show you how:

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. From the Home screen, then click Fees in the Activity & Reports section.
  3. Filter the Dates, then hit Search.

To keep your costs low, process your transactions at the qualified rate whenever possible. Feel free to check the QuickBooks Payments website for the latest processing fee rates and pricing.

I’m also adding these resources for more information about fees and credit card processing in QuickBooks:

In case there's something else that needs to be verified, you can contact our Payments Support team for further assistance. They can help you and able to provide additional advice on this matter.

I'll keep an eye on this thread if you have specific questions about the charges. Just press the Reply button below, and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. Always take care.
