Let's work together in managing tasks of your customer sales transactions in QuickBooks Solopreneur (QBSP), coachcheryl.
When recording customer-paid invoices, let's ensure you've selected the correct Deposited to bank option to link the payment transaction available to the open invoice entry. If the transaction isn't visible yet, your bank is still processing it.
On the other hand, you'll need to make sure filters are applied when searching for the invoice reference number from the Search section. Review all details so all transactions are available. I'm also including this reference to guide you in managing customer invoice transactions: Create invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

If these details are successfully populating, you may go back to your default browser and clear its cache or use a different supported browser.

I don't have a get paid option. In fact, where you have that menu on the left I just have a black rectangle.
I tried matching some transactions to my bank. NOTE: In self-employed I never linked my bank and it wasn't an issue. Even with finding the invoices, it isn't marking them as paid.
I can assist you with resolving the missing get paid option, @coachcheryl
The missing Get paid button can be caused by the piled up cache in your browser. Deleting browser cache and Intuit-specific cookies will fix the issues you're experiencing. You'll just have to start by signing in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser. It'll help isolate the issue as it doesn’t store data in the cache. You can refer to the keyboard shortcuts provided by FateCandylaneT above.
If it works, here's how to clear cache and cookies to fix issues. You may need to refresh any open web pages for the changes to take effect.

I appreciate all of the attempts to help! I tried private browsing windows in Chrome and Safari and those details are still not populating for me. What other options do I have now that Self-Employed is gone? Can I get a partial refund?
