My company has recently self-funded several of our clients. Our clients are on a repayment schedule of either 12 or 24 months. I have created sub AR categories to monitor each of these clients. Is there still no way to change the default AR on a single invoice?
QBO, unlike desktop, will not allow you to use a sub a/r or a/p account when using the transaction forms. You can only use it with journal entries, which are an iffy proposition
