System-recorded fee for QuickBooks Payments. Fee-name: DiscountRateFee, fee-type: Daily

Hello,

I am wondering how I would find an invoice for Intuit payments not the monthly billing?  The fee is showing in bank feed as QuickBooks Payments Details with this note: System-recorded fee for QuickBooks Payments. Fee-name: DiscountRateFee, fee-type: Daily.

I know how to locate other monthly invoices but unsure where to locate this.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

I can share some info and steps to ensure you can find the invoice payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @stacymae.

There are two ways to check all your invoice payments (for QuickBooks Payments account). First is through the Accounts and Settings page  and the second one is by logging in to your Merchant Service Center account.

For the first option, here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon at the top, and then select Account and Settings.
  2. Choose the Payments tab, and then check the invoice payments from there.

For the second way, you can log in to your  Merchant Service Center account, and then review the invoice payments history from there.

If you're unable to locate them, you can contact our support team for further assistance. This way, they'll be able to check your account in a secure space and provide you more info about it. Here's how:

  1. Access this website: Contact Payments Support.
  2. Go to the QuickBooks Online with Payments & Merchant Service Center section.
  3. Then, follow the steps provided to contact them.

If you wish to know the customer payments' deposit speeds, please refer to this article for the complete steps: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposit customer payments.

Also, you can pull up the Invoices and Received Payments report to know all the payments you’ve received and the invoices that go with them. Just go to the Reports menu, and then select the said report from the Who owes you section.

I've got your back if you have more questions about managing your payments in QBO. Just add your reply in the comment section so I can get back to you right away. Take care and have a great day.

I received this note, plus an additional fee the following day which tied to the invoice being paid.

This first one was not tied to an invoice.

My Quickbooks Online is showing two deposits and two fees for each transaction that affects my register bank balance in QB online.  One from Inuit and one from "system recorded fee..:"  How do I stop the "system recorded fee"?

Or fix it so it only shows one for each transaction?
