This is kind of the reverse in terms of an issue....
We have run into an instance where our Invoice Footer (where we currently have our GST #) gets cut off when using the online version of qbo when we try to save a PDF copy of an invoice.
How do we fix??
Hello there, FirePlan.
I want to make sure you're able to fix this issue with invoice footer being cut off when trying to save a PDF copy of an invoice.
We can try some basic troubleshooting by deleting and recreating your invoice template. Below are the steps on how to do it:

I am having the same issue still as of 03/01/21, a temporary fix I have found where the company name does not get cut off when saving as pdf is to uncheck the "repeat page header" box on the print screen. I am also using QB online
I finally solved this problem by making my logo file square in dimension. I added white space above and below my logo in photoshop so that the logo file itself is square. My actual logo is not square, but now the logo file is square. I then inserted the new square logo file into the invoice template and re-positioned the logo so that the visible part of my logo appears in the correct location. I printed and it printed the way I want it to look. So, it seems Quickbooks wants a square logo file. If the logo file is not square, the printed version of the logo seems to be cropped automatically so that it is square. The work around is to add spacing to your logo image so that the logo file is square in dimensions.
