The credit card statement details not importing

Let me provide some details when importing credit card statements in QuickBooks Online, @stodani.

Transactions imported inside QuickBooks will depend on the details being shared by your bank. Let's take note of the accepted format when importing transactions using a CSV file.

There are two options when importing a CSV file. You can use either the 3-column or 4-column format. You can check this article for more details: Format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks.

Once the format is followed correctly, you’ll be able to import your bank transactions via CSV file without any issue.

I've also added this article that can guide review credit card transactions in QuickBooks Online: Categorize and match online bank transactions.

Please leave a comment below if you have further questions about the process. I'll get them answered for you. Have a nice day ahead.
