Both fields are showing the exact SAME value of the Cost.
Need the unit Sales Price, Need the Cost - on the Screen please!
We're at the mercy of the programmers here, there's no fix or workaround.
Thanks!!
We understand the importance of knowing the sales price and the cost of your item, @Valorlando. Let me guide you in displaying this in your estimate templates.
To begin, we'll need to put the cost and sales prices of the item.

we must be using a buggy version because that is not working. I am a software engineer as well, and I have tried all of those solutions - doesn’t work.
I appreciate all the efforts you've put into getting this to work, Valorlando. Let's figure out what's happening and find a resolution in your estimate display in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
Ensure that you have updated your QBDT to the most recent version to maintain up-to-date software, ensuring access to the latest features and enhancements.
Let's run the Verify/Rebuild tool. The Verify function is designed to identify any corrupted data, while the Rebuild function will attempt to fix the damaged data detected. It also enables your QuickBooks software to restore the data inside the company file.
Let's ensure you create a backup copy of your company file before doing the Verify and Rebuild process. If changes occur, having a backup copy allows you to restore it to undo the changes.
Follow the steps below on how to verify data:

Have actually run all the possible fixes listed and still doesn’t show sales price and cost on the screen. Have you tried it on your system? We’ve also tested it on multiple systems with the exact same result.
Let me know, thanks so much!
Hello Valorlando,
Thanks for reaching out. Since this happens on multiple systems, I recommend connecting with us, as my colleague suggested. That way, our agent can do a screen share and run other tests to investigate the matter further and possibly escalate the issue!
Let me know how the conversation goes! See you later.
Yes, it looks like there is not even an option to add a column for sales price per unit (which I would assume everyone would want on their estimates to their customers.) We have to manually add price per unit to our estimates by hand (a lot of human error) just so the customer can see what we are charging them per unit. If anyone has a better work around please let me know.
