There are two withdrawals from my Quickbook account that I did not authorize. Need to have them stopped. How do I do that? Who do I contact?

The charges are from a Venmo terminal.

I know how relevant security is in handling banking activities. The best option for you is to reach out to our Customer Support Team. They are equipped to investigate and check the charges with your account.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the dashboard.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Hit Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose a way to connect.
