They advertise that you can track your receipts on this app, but That feature is nowhere to be found. I would love to track my receipts on QuickBooks,

Yes, @transport-hardie, we can track receipts using the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app. Let me guide you on how it works.

QBO app has a feature called Receipt Snap where you can take a photo of your receipts and upload them to the app. QuickBooks will then read the information from your receipt and create a transaction for you to review. Here's how:

1. Open the QuickBooks Online mobile app.
2. Click the Menu ≡ icon.
3. Choose Receipt snap.
   
   
   
4. Tap the Receipt camera and snap a photo of your receipt.
5. Select Use this photo, then Done.

Once you've uploaded your receipts to QuickBooks, these are not in your books yet. You need to review them from the For Review tab. See the sample screenshot below.

Moreover, you mentioned that the feature is nowhere to be found. Thus, I recommend refreshing your app's data to update your application and fix any minor issues in the system. For Android, follow the steps below:

1. Go to Menu ☰, then select More Options ⋮.
2. Tap Settings, and click Refresh Data.
3. Tap YES to confirm.

For iOS:

1. Go to Settings, then tap General.
2. Tap iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online app.
3. Tap Offload App.
4. This will free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.

I also suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the mobile app. It allows you to use the app with a clean slate.
