Since you've double-checked and verified the transactions for the specific account and period you're reconciling, another reason those transactions might not appear during the reconciliation process is if they are manually marked as "R" (Reconciled).
Here's how to check the reconciliation status:
- Click the Gear icon in the upper right corner.
- Select the Chart of accounts under the YOUR COMPANY column.

- Find the specific account you want to reconcile, then click View register.

- Check the ✓ column and make sure the transactions aren’t marked as "R". If they are, click the box with the "R" to change it to blank or C (Cleared).

- Once done, click Save.
After that, you can proceed with reconciling your account.
