Transferring money into qb checking from external accounts not working for the last month. Any ideas on what's going on?

Every time I attempt to transfer money I get a message to try later.   I spoke with QB and they say they are working on it.  Its been a month already but I'm still having the same issue.

At the moment, there’s an ongoing investigation about not being able to transfer funds in QuickBooks Checking. Our engineers are working diligently to resolve this. Rest assured, a permanent fix will implemented soon.


Please know that the time it takes to fix issues varies depending on their complexity and may require extensive investigation, testing, and collaboration between different teams.


For now, it's best to contact our support team again to ensure your company gets added to the list of affected ones and stay updated on the progress.


Before that, check out our operation hours so you’ll receive responses quickly. Then, follow the steps below to connect with us:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
  2. Go to the Help (?) menu.
  3. Select the Search tab, then click Contact Us.
  4. You can enter “Unable to transfer funds in QuickBooks Checking ” in the field.
  5. Tap Continue.
  6. Click the Chat or Callback option.


Once the issue is resolved and you can move funds, access this reference to review your transfers and learn how to generate monthly statements: Use your QuickBooks Checking account. It helps you get more details about your individual transactions.

Me too!

I have talked to THREE different people, one knew of the issue and the other two didn't-and they even had the gaul to transfer me to Green Dot Bank (the banking aspect of QB Checking Account) and they "determined no issue with my card." Which obviously it has nothing to do with it. Have you been able to get a clear answer on what is going on and when this issue will be resolved?

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to contact us:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu and select the Search tab.
  2. Then, click Contact Us.
  3. Then, enter a brief description of your concern and select Continue.
  4. Lastly, choose either Start a Chat or Get a Callback to start connecting with them.
