$15. instead of the usual $5. and I rarely even use it but I thought for $5. it was worth it.  I'll have to reconsider that now

Your discounted period is expired and you have to pay in regular price now. If you want to keep the lower price, you may consider migrate your data. Once you are ready to proceed, open a NEW QBSE account with current discounted plan for up to 6 months.

I'm being charged at least $20.00 two or three times per month!   What is going on??

QuickBooks will send an email that has a summary of your bills. We can verify what you're being charged off through that email. 

 

If you'd like us to confirm or verify the bills further, you can reach out to one of our Phone Support agents. I'll show you how:

 

  1. Click the Assistant button.
  2. Enter Talk to a human.
  3. Enter I'm being charged with $20.00 thrice a month.
  4. Select I still need a human.
  5. Select either Get a callback or Message an agent.
