Join nowWe have a non-for profited company with 5 millions in our account and process hundreds of thousand of dollars a month. We have applied to receive payments and have been denied.
We are unable to get in contact with anyone that can tell use why we are not eligible to receive payments.
It seems QuickBooks is too big and we cannot get in contact with someone who cares to help us.
I'm reaching out to hopefully get a manager or someone higher up that can help us.
We have 4 accounts and would rather not leave QuickBooks but we do not have any point of contact.
I know you've been in a tough situation here, JayBlake.
There are several reasons why your QuickBooks Payments application was denied. These are due to the following:
To confirm the exact reason, I recommend contacting our Merchant Services Support team, who can help explain the main reason. You can visit this article to get their contact number: Contact Payments Support.
Support is available from Monday until Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM PT.

If you have any further questions about payment management. I'd be delighted to assist. Have a safe and enjoyable day.
I have been dealing with this for a month and no one I have talk to know anything about what they are talking about and send me to someone else.
Please have someone call me that is a manager.
If you do that volume of business, go with Bill.com. Better product and WAY better service - people that can actually help and you can get ahold of them. I'm not affiliated with Bill.com in any way, just a user and a fan.
We have 4 other accounts and integrated our system to their API,but it looks like we might not have a choice : ( If management knew how big of accout they are loosing they'd flip out.
Hello JayBlake,
Thank you for following up. Unfortunately, due to the sensitive nature of Payments issues, we can't discuss them in the Community. The best way to get this resolved is to connect with the Merchant Services team using the information my colleague provided above.
If you're looking for more information on application denials or risk reviews, you can always check our Merchant Services Agreement here.
Can you have an underwriter call me please?
