Join nowSo I'm using Quickbooks 2020. I'm just starting out so any help would be much appreciated.
overview:
- I have downloaded savings.qbo from my bank's website
- I'm gone to my download transactions interface
- selected & clicked import file and imported my savings.qbo
Issue:
- the content of the file doesn't show up
- in the downloaded transaction window only my Checking out shows up (pop up menu)
- i can't seem to find any of the data supposedly imported.
I feel that the file didn't import.. what am i doing wrong?

Before importing your credit card transactions, let's make sure to set up for Online Banking first. This way, we can ensure that they will be successfully imported into your accounts.

Once done, you can now download a statement from your Bank Web Connect website and import them to QuickBooks.
