Hello, gstuart.
I'll share a solution to help you fix the PDF attachment issue in a bill.
This might be caused by a network connection issue, so you'll want to refresh the page or your internet router. Then, re-upload the PDF attachment again to your bill.
Another culprit is the webpage cache. Sometimes when a cache data is corrupted or full, it can prevent you from uploading any receipts to your forms. To confirm this, use an incognito window. This is a good way to rule out any cache-related problems:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari (new versions): Command + Shift + N
On the incognito window, upload your PDF to the bill. When you're able to do so, go back to the regular browser and clear the cache. This removes the corrupted data that's causing the issue. Close out any instances of the browser to complete the process.
You can also use another supported browser as an alternative.
