Correct, same here, it appears to be a system wide outage. Rest assure that the IT team members not suffering from panic attacks right now are diligently diagnosing the issue for resolution, but it may take time for the solution to propagate to all customers due to all of the customers making 50 million print requests over and over again. Stand by!
